Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus of Tomato

Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) can cause a number of symptoms, including stunting, wilting, stem lesions, and root necrosis. Leaves may have ringspots or show bronzing. Fruit may display mottling (light and dark areas in irregular patterns), ringspots, and irregular growth.

Management:
- Promptly remove and destroy diseased plant material
- Select resistant cultivars
- Use reflective mulches
